10K for 100 Days Registration Form |
The 100-day challenge will take place from October 1st, 2021 to January 9th, 2022. This year we have made a couple of changes to our challenge to improve accountability for our participants and keep them motivated throughout the challenge. To begin, we will now be providing participants TWO classifications to select from which are “10k Steppers” and "High Roller Steppers''. Each classification will have a different number of daily step requirements. The step goal for “10k Steppers” will be 10,000 steps a day, and the “High Roller Steppers” step goal will be 15,000 steps a day. In addition, we will be using a points system that awards points for the Number of days’ step goals are completed. At the end of the challenge the total number of points to be categorized as a winner will be 10,000 points. Lastly, in hopes of keeping participants involved for the entire duration of the challenge we will no longer be eliminating individuals for failing to complete step goals. Participation in this competition is optional and you should consider any health issues that you have before registering. The Border Coalition for Fitness and affiliated sponsors are not responsible for any injuries or other health issues that occur during the duration of this competition.
COVID-19 Safety: It is advised to follow CDC and local guidelines, such as wearing a face mask and social distancing, to keep you, your family, and our community safe while participating in this challenge.
